Personalized Training For Every Level

Sprinters

Sprint training consists of high-intensity, short bursts of running, performed at your top speed. Speed Squad’s goal is to make everyone comfortable with running at high velocities – with efficient warm up and cool down exercises before and after a workout.

Long Distance Runners

Long distance training consists of low impact running at medium velocities. Our running interval programs are designed to achieve any long distance goal – with efficient warm up and cool down exercises before and after a workout.
